Making a Booking
It is solely your duty to check the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit correct details when making a booking.
Changes to Bookings
It is free to change your booking. Changes must be made before the cancellation period. This is to avoid the accommodation provider’s late cancellation fees. They must also be made before of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.
Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
If you have booked the ‘Free to Cancel’ option, then it is free to cancel before the accommodation’s late cancellation period. As a result, you will receive a refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel during the cancellation period, the accommodation will charge for the first night. As a result, your deposit will be lost.
Late cancellation period starts: 24 hours before check in time (15:00pm) on your date of arrival. The accommodation may need to safe guard against the loss of a late cancellation fee by pre-approving the first night’s stay before your arrival.

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.
